Free time favorites: I like to write, play the violin, tease my cats, and play tennis!

Favorite goodie to bake: There are so many choices...but I'll definitely have to go with chiffon cake!

Why baking captivates me: Baking brings delight everywhere it goes and is part of some of the most precious memories throughout life. From being on tiptoes to curiously peer at a rack of cookies to experiencing a warm cinnamon aroma envelope the home, baking gives me countless reasons to smile :)

Grade: 12th

Free time favorites: I like to read, play piano, try out new recipes, and fish with my family and friends.

Favorite goodie to bake: I’ve baked a variety of goodies but my favorite is probably coconut mochi with red bean filling.

Why baking captivates me: Baking is a calming and fun way for me to relax, while also filling the air with the mouth-watering smell of freshly baked pastries. It is also an enjoyable way for me to learn more about other cultures through baking various kinds of food AND helps me improve my skills at the same time :)

Free time favorites: I love to dance, play piano, go on walks, and spend time with family and friends.

Favorite goodie to bake: Baking anything excites me but nothing can beat a nice warm loaf of banana bread!

Why baking captivates me: Baking is my favorite way of relaxing and having fun while getting to savor various yummy treats! I love sharing what I bake with my family and friends and it’s a fulfilling to see them enjoy it. You could say baking is my love language!
